Kendra Hollinger has spent more than 30 years doing exactly one thing: helping businesses get real, measurable results from technology. Not technology for its own sake. Results. Hours back. Customers kept. Revenue grown.

Her career has run the full arc of how business technology gets done: she's led operations as a chief operating officer, built and run customer success organizations responsible for keeping companies genuinely happy with their technology investments, and most recently led AI implementation programs for one of the world's top Salesforce AI partners, watching firsthand as intelligent automation gave teams back hours of their day and kept sales pipelines moving without adding headcount.

Along the way, a pattern kept repeating. The companies getting transformed by these tools were always the big ones: the ones with budgets, IT departments, and consultants on retainer. Meanwhile, the businesses that could benefit most, the distributors, contractors, restaurants, firms, and family companies that power local economies, were on the outside looking in.
