Here's a rule we never break: automating a broken process only magnifies the problem. If approvals bounce between four people because nobody knows who owns the decision, an AI tool won't fix that. It will just route the confusion at higher speed.

So before any technology enters the picture, we map how work flows through your business and ask the simple questions: Why does this step exist? Who's waiting on whom? What would happen if we removed this entirely?
